The teachers are doing an amazing job. My boy speaks well and he's so friendly. He gets so excited to go to school and so happy to see his teachers as well. They teach him manners on greetings, thank you and sorry. I am so proud of the job they invested in to him. Our communication is now smooth. Thank you, guys.

Average rating 5 out of 5. It has been an excellent experience! I felt that we had great value for money sending our children to this nursery. Our kid loved the outdoor area, which is very spacious and they also had access to lots of activities, as well as traditional games and toys. Our kid also enjoys storyteller sessions every Thursday, which we thought was a nice touch that we hadn’t seen other nurseries provide. Most importantly, there were so many opportunities to get feedback from the staff on the progress of our child, daily feedback also using a communication book and meeting every term to update us about her progress. The staff are all very lovely and would always be available to give daily feedback. Our kid also had daily diaries, which went between home and the nursery. The nursery also did a newsletter every few months as well so my partner and I feel very well informed and connected.

First step nursery is a great learning place, the way they teach and operate is for the benefit of the children and the parents. Having worked in a nursery myself, I can boldly say first step nursery is a comfortable, friendly and safe place. Their ways of teaching are fun for the kids and my daughter loved it here. The staff are incredibly, lovely and patient with the kids. I have full confidence in them when I leave my child in the mornings. I couldn’t have chosen a better nursery.

First Step Nursery has been great throughout the 4 years Jonah had been going, he was always happy to go in and everyone working there has been very warm and friendly. We miss you too!
